Please read the description of each item before purchasing. Herfection Beauty is not responsible if you choose the wrong product or size. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed, no exceptions. 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY 

  • If you've made a mistake with your order please send order no. and product name within 5 hours of order to receive an updated invoice.
  • All lashes and skin care products are final sale, NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to hygienic reasons, we are not able to exchange or re-sell beauty products. 
  • All sale items are final sale. 
  • All returns will be in exchange for store credit only

 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders and shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the product purchased and merchandise available. 
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days and not weekends or holidays. 
  • Herfection Beauty is not responsible for your package once your items have been shipped or for any damages that are caused by the carrier during transit. 
  • We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. 
  • Please make sure to check your e-mail (including junk and spam folders) for confirmation emails related to your order and tracking information. 
  • Due to Covid-19 shipping times may be delayed but we do our to get your beauty products to you, expeditiously. 
  • Please make sure to contact USPS or UPS directly for any questions regarding delays and or tracking updates. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Orders that are returned can be re-shipped to the correct address for an additional $10 re-shipment fee. 

 

PAYMENT POLICY 

  • We accept PayPal and other major credit cards. 
  • We reserve the right to verify any order. 
  • Any customer who completes a chargeback will be banned indefinitely from purchasing from the Herfection Beauty site.
  • Items will only be shipped to the address that matches the billing address.
